Sleeveless dress in panels of purple-blue tech satin and georgette. Neck line and armholes bound in satin. Front has a V-shape neckline on flaring bodice in panels of tech satin extending out and down through the body into a full skirt with inset godets of georgette finishing in a very wide hem. Waist can be defined by a narrow self-fabric type belt through belt loops at the waist. Reverse mirrors the front.
